deviled eggs

dis recipe is taken from Suzanne Somers' Get Skinny On Fabulous Food Book!

ingredients
6 large eggs
1 - 2 tbsp mayo (can oso use sour cream or yogurt)
1/4 tsp dry mustard (optional)
salt
ground pepper
finely chopped chives or spring onions
paprika
method
boil eggs
peel shells, slice eggs in half, lengthwise

separate egg yolks, place in mixing bowl
add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper
mash together til smooth and well combined
arrange egg whites on plate with cavity side up
spoon some filling into each hole
top with chopped chives/spring onions and a sprinkle of paprika
refrigerate until ready to serve
