ingredients
3 sticks of unsalted butter, softenedmethod
16 oz/1lb/453g icing sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract/essence
pinch of salt
put all ingredients in a bowl
beat until soft and fluffy
frost the cake/cupcakes as desired
if the mixture is too soft, keep in the refrigerator for 30mins before frosting again
I'm more of a sour kind of food person. I lost my sweet tooth years ago :D
