shrimp & avocado canapés


A canapé (Spanish/French for couch and known in Italy as tartina) is a small, prepared and usually decorative food, held in the fingers and often eaten in one bite. A canapé may also be referred to as finger food, although not all finger foods are canapés.

ingredients
16 whole-wheat crackers
1 avocado, cut into 16 slices
16 cooked shrimp
Lime wedges

method
Top each cracker with 1 slice avocado, 1 shrimp and a squeeze of lime juice!
