stir-fried baby kai lan

ingredients
a bunch of Baby Kai Lan (blanched for 30 sec, drain excess water and arrange on a plate) *pour a few drops of sesame oil in the water for blanching
3-4 cloves garlic (sliced)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp sugar
white pepper
pinch of salt
method
fry sliced garlic in cooking oil until brownish and set aside
add oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, water (mix well)
drench over blanced Baby Kai Lan
top with fried garlic
